Ladies Self Defense Seminar

On Saturday, July 8, Travis Bush with the assistance of Black Belts: Brandon Pohlmann, Monique Dupaquier, Micah James, and Kristin Dupaquier hosted a FREE two hour self defense seminars open to all females in the community. A fun time was had by all and everyone left feeling a bit more knowledgeable and confident. Our next workshop will be August 18.

Sensei Dupaquier Returns to Competition

Sensei Dupaquier resumed intense training a few months ago and participated in seminars and an International Tournament on June 15 - 17 in Peoria, Illinois. He placed first in his Kumite (sparring) division and then won matches against both the middle weight and heavy weight black belt champions. He also placed 3rd in his kata (forms) division. Dupaquier attributes his 3 hour a day training regiment as well as his dojo full of sparring partners to his success.
