Mark
began
his
endeavor
in
the
Martial
Arts
shortly
after
moving
to
Mandeville,
Louisiana
in
1984.
As
|
|

|
|
|
|
Mark progressed through the ranks
his passion for Karate grew,
and his love |
|
for competition
was seemingly
insatiable. It was
not uncommon to find
Mark in the Dojo
whenever the doors
were open. As a
peewee and junior
competitor Mark won
many titles,
including a few
Regional titles,
State titles,
National titles and
a World title 1988.
By this time in 1988
Mark had reached the
highest rank he
could achieve for
a 14 year old 1st
Brown; however due
to his competition
excellence, teaching
experience and
knowledge of Tae
Kwon Do a new rank
was created and
earned,the junior
Black Belt.
Mark became one of the two
first junior black belts. |
